1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and bk365 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") regarding your use of the bk365 website and all associated services, including but not limited to Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slot Games, Game Lobby, VIP Programme, Deposit and Withdrawal facilities.

By accessing the bk365 platform, clicking "Register," making a deposit, or placing a bet, you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation. These Terms apply to every player who accesses bk365 services from Pakistan or any other location where the platform is accessible.

2Eligibility & Age Requirement

Who May Register

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or anonymous accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active bk365 account. One account per person is the maximum allowed.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Age Verification

bk365 reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification document. If a player cannot provide satisfactory age verification, their account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

3Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one account on bk365. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, CNIC, phone number, email address, payment method or device — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts involved may be suspended and balances may be voided at bk365's discretion.

Registration Requirements

• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date at all times.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. Do not share them with anyone else.
• bk365 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or phone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account, including any bets, deposits or withdrawals made using your login credentials.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact bk365 support immediately so the account can be secured.

Account Verification (KYC)

bk365 may at any time request that a player complete identity verification, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. This process may require submission of a CNIC copy, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Verification is typically requested before processing a player's first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits on bk365 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bk365 supports a range of local payment methods to make funding your account as straightforward as possible for players in Pakistan.

Accepted Payment Methods

• JazzCash — Pakistan's widely used mobile wallet, typically processed near-instantly.
• Easypaisa — Telenor's mobile financial service, supported for deposits from registered accounts.
• Raast — Pakistan's instant interbank payment system.
• Bank Transfer — Direct transfers from your Pakistani bank account in PKR.
• Debit/Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard are accepted subject to your card issuer's terms.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page.
• All deposited funds must be your own money. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• bk365 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources not registered in the player's own name.
• bk365 reserves the right to request proof that the payment method used belongs to the registered account holder.
• Deposits made by a method not registered to the account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

5Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements and the rules set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposits where possible.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the bk365 account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are listed on the Withdrawal page and may vary by payment method.
• bk365 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times depend on the payment method chosen and may vary from a few hours to several business days.
• Players who have received bonuses must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• bk365 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if the player's account has not been fully verified or if there are outstanding compliance checks.

Withdrawal Restrictions

If bk365 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms, withdrawal requests may be suspended pending a full investigation. Any balance found to be connected to such activity may be forfeited. bk365 will communicate with the player concerned during any investigation to the extent permitted by applicable requirements.

6Bonuses & Promotions

bk365 offers various promotions to both new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets and VIP-exclusive promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement for a bonus will be stated in the terms of that specific promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms specifically state otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Strategic or coordinated wagering patterns designed solely to clear bonus requirements — without genuine interest in the games — may result in the bonus being voided.
• bk365 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any such change does not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use by players.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the stated wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Players who attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion repeatedly — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

VIP Programme

The bk365 VIP Programme rewards regular players with enhanced benefits including priority withdrawals, dedicated support, exclusive promotions and higher limits. Membership in the VIP programme is at bk365's discretion and is based on account activity. Full VIP terms are available on the VIP page.

7Sports Betting Rules

bk365 offers Sports Betting markets covering Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other sporting events. All bets placed on the bk365 platform are subject to the following rules.

General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the platform, except where bk365 exercises its rights under these Terms.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the bet being confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.
• bk365 reserves the right to limit stake amounts for any player or on any market at its sole discretion.
• bk365 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a pricing error, technical fault, or where it is determined that the outcome of an event was known at the time the bet was placed.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event. Any bets placed after the official result is determined but before the market is settled will be voided.
• For Cricket matches, including PSL games and international T20 fixtures, specific rules apply to rain-affected matches, abandoned games and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method decisions. These are detailed in the betting rules available on the Betting page.

Bet Settlement

bk365 settles bets based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic cricket, the ICC for international matches, and FIFA/UEFA for football. In the event of a dispute about settlement, the official governing body's result takes precedence. bk365 will endeavour to settle all bets promptly following the conclusion of an event.

Suspicious Activity & Match Integrity

bk365 takes the integrity of sport seriously. Any player found to be placing bets connected to match-fixing, insider information or any form of corrupt activity will have their account immediately suspended, all bets voided and the matter reported to appropriate parties. This applies to all sports covered on the platform, including Cricket, PSL, Football and Esports.

8Casino & Slot Games

bk365 offers a Casino section including Live Casino tables with real dealers, and a Slot Games section with titles from providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO and Hacksaw Gaming. All Casino and Slot games are subject to the following rules.

Game Fairness

• All slot games on bk365 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes on every spin. Outcomes are entirely independent of previous results.
• Live Casino games are conducted by trained live dealers and are governed by the rules of the game in question — Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack etc. These rules are displayed within each game.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are set by the individual game providers and are typically in the range of 94%–97%. Specific RTP figures are available within each game's information panel.

Technical Issues

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a Casino or Slot game session, bk365 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If a bet was accepted and recorded by the system prior to the interruption, it will be settled accordingly. If a bet was not recorded by the server, it will be treated as void and the stake returned. bk365's decision on game reconstruction is final.

9Responsible Gaming

bk365 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. Gaming is entertainment — it carries financial risk and should always be approached with a clear budget, a time limit, and realistic expectations. It should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limit directly from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced instantly — increases require a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are willing to lose in a given period. Once reached, further play is paused until the limit resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder to notify you when you have been playing for a defined period of time.
• Account Break (Time Out): Take a short break from the platform ranging from 24 hours to several weeks. During a time-out, your account is inaccessible for gaming.

10Account Suspension & Closure

bk365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or money laundering.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against bk365 by the player.
• Threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable behaviour directed at bk365 staff.
• Detection of a duplicate account belonging to the same individual.
• At the player's own request for responsible gaming reasons.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full. Where closure is initiated by bk365 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method.

Player-Initiated Closure

If you wish to close your bk365 account voluntarily — whether for responsible gaming reasons or otherwise — please contact the support team. Account closure requests are processed promptly. Any available balance at the time of closure (subject to pending verification) will be returned to you.

11Privacy & Data Protection

bk365 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, transaction processing and customer support. By registering an account on bk365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12Amendments to These Terms

bk365 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations — bk365 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by email to the address on the player's account.

Continued use of the bk365 platform after any amendments have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

13Limitation of Liability

bk365 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, downtime or technical issues at all times.

• bk365 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your inability to access the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• bk365 is not liable for any losses resulting from your own decisions — including betting decisions, deposit amounts, or failure to use available responsible gaming tools.
• bk365's liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period prior to the relevant event.
• bk365 is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from your winnings. Players are solely responsible for understanding and meeting any personal tax obligations applicable to them under the laws of their jurisdiction.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
